HP printer inkjet 419, unable to connect to wifi after isp change, its prompting for the custom password. tried wps pin, default pwd 12345678 etc., non of them worked. Tried wifi-direct method EWS option in a browser with ip address but again there it prompts for admin credentials and pwd.
No pin available at the back of the printer. any assistance will be helpful.

Hi @Rjz2022,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that you are facing issues with connecting to WIFI.
Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.
Let's reset the network settings on the Printer: ● Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
Once done, try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
You may refer to this Video URL.
If the above steps do not work, I recommend you contact phone support for a hardware check.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
