Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

HP printer says my new wireless Verizon Internet Gateway box is not compatible.  The new Internet Gateway is capable at 2.5, 5 and 6 ghz speeds.  The printer is suppose to select the speed automatically.  I doubt this printer is capable of using the 6 ghz speed.

May I know if you are using the printer with a computer or a phone?

If using with a computer which operating system is installed on your computer? If using a phone, is it an iPhone or Android?

 

What is the status of your printer's wireless light, is it blinking or steady?

 

The more details you provide, the better we'll understand the problem and the faster we can resolve it!
