Product: HP DeskJet 2742e All-in-One Printer

We have tried everything from A to Z to fix this problem but my printer still will not connect to my computer or my phone it says offline and it showing everything is connected and working all the lights on the touch screen pad blinks orange . Ever since lightning struck our router box we had to get another one my printer hasn't worked since please could someone help me on this I start a new job Tuesday and i have to have a working printer for this position
