I have connected my mfp 135w printer on wi-fi using hp smart app, and it was working fine. However, after changing wi-fi router, I cannot connect my printer to wi-fi. I have tried several ways:
1) Tried using hp smart app, but it cannot detect the device. Once I get to the step where I'm prompted to use temporary wifi to connect to printer, I can only click 'cancel', there is no 'accept' or 'confirm' button. After a while it just shows that it couldn't connect. (Android 11, Samsung S20+)
2) Second phone, also android with older version, I tried installing hp smart app, but cant get past the prompt for accepting terms and conditions because buttons for confirming it just have continual loader on them and never load.
3) Connecting via cable on macbook - there is no software needed for apple to print, but still the system cant see the printer and there is no software with which I was hoping to change printer's settings.
4) Via cable on my windows lap-top, and after installing software on it, it prompts that cartridge is not suitable so I can't print anything, even though I was able to do it before via wi-fi.
This is really frustrating. Any ideas?
