HP Recommended

After working perfectly for four weeks my new HP smart tank plus went offline. Nothing changed with my WiFi / router as far as I know and all my other wireless household devices work normally. Speeds are normal too. I have tried the HP restart remedies without success so far. It’s either something really simple and obvious or the printer is bust.
