Hello, 


I  have a problem with installing the printer "HP ENVY 6020e" in the mobile application HP Smart. 

I did everything that is here "https://youtu.be/HyD7x0NbJ6Q"
So I turned on 3s Wi-Fi, then the color changed to purple and in the HP Smart app, I logged in to my account and started adding my printer. There is 4 step process for calibrating the printer and then finally told me that I have to wait a little bit, but then the system pop upped an error about connectivity between Wi-Fi and the printer. 

I tried almost everything. I unplugged the cable, I tried doctor scan and it says "driver check issue" or something,  I connected to the printer's Wi-Fi, and I (somehow) managed to connect the printer to Windows, but it is offline, it is working so at least something..., I printed a million papers and one of them is about Wi-Fi connection and it is saying that everything is excellent and connected. It seems like it is working and the printer is not broken, but the HP Smart app won't let me finish the settings maybe this is why I can't go online with my printer, and HP smart on PC doesn't even show my printer because it is offline. 

Is possible that (mobile) The HP Smart app crashes sometimes? Do I get it right, that because of the app my printer can't finish the options and cannot go online?

Thank you for your suggestions. 

I do not know what happened, but it is working through the mobile app. The next day I tried to connect but with an error of course, then I put my mobile down and after some minutes I did grab it and open it. At that moment my printer started to sing and I  was connected to my printer.

It looks like there is a problem with Wi-Fi. I don't know if it is because of type or something, but when I turn it off my printer logically goes into offline mode, but when I turn it on, then sometimes it is still in offline mode and sometimes it is ready for use. Now When I turn Wi-Fi off and on, Windows recognizes my printer and says that it is ready to use, HP Smart on my PC showed that it is ready to use too and after some minutes it goes offline even in Windows settings it is ok. So strange. 

At least my mobile application is working, so maybe I lost some battles but finally, I won a war I guess.

Suggest to do a reset of the wireless and then setup and connect to the netwrok with HP Smart app.
