Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Updated my WiFi, now I need to reconnect the printer. Setup utility doesn't work, and HP connect doesn't detect it via USB. Tried everything virtual assistant suggested, but I can't contact HP because my serial number is not accepted by HP, I've entered it several times and I'm sure there's no typo because I got the S/N from the network connection printout from the printer itself. How do I get in touch with someone who can help me?
