My printer has been offline for several weeks now. First had the e0 error due to low print cartridge ink. Since the printer is offline, the instant ink subscription wasn’t picking up the low cartridge. I bought the ink separately and replaced both and that error is gone however the blue wifi light still blinks. I’ve held down the cancel and wifi buttons and tried to go through the printer setup again using the HP Smart app. The app shows the printer, enter network password and then errors out. I’ve restarted the router and unplugged the printer from the outlet. Any suggestions?
Thank you,
Kenny

I have tried the steps and still not able to get it connected. After hiding the printer in the HP Smart app, the printer no longer shows when opening the app where it would say offline. Any other suggestions?

Hello @Nolejag15
Install the basic Windows driver.
Check if it will install.

Hello @Nolejag15
That's right!
I ended up not expressing myself correctly, do it via USB cable so we can see
Best regards

Hello @Nolejag15
You don't need a driver via USB. It works correctly.

Hello @Nolejag15
Regarding Wi-Fi, you need to test it on another network to see if it connects.
If it doesn't connect the same way, you'll need to ask for technical assistance for the printer.
Best regards
