Please help! I got new home internet and connect my printer. all the steps i try say my devices have to be on the same network, but i cannot set up the new internet. i know it is me, but not sure what i am doing wrong. suggestions?

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?
How is the printer connected USB or Wireless?
What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
Meanwhile, perform the steps from this document and see how it goes.
Also, update the firmware.
