Hi @Tltanner39,
With a new router, the printer is still looking for your old network, so it needs to be put back in setup mode and connected to the AT&T Internet Air network.
- With the printer on, press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for about 5 seconds, until the Power button blinks.
- Wait for the Wireless light to blink blue.
- Open the HP app (formerly HP Smart) on your phone or computer, choose Add printer, select your DeskJet 4100e and enter the new Wi-Fi password.
Tip: Internet Air often combines 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz under one network name. If setup fails, keep the printer within a few feet of the receiver, or enable a separate 2.4 GHz network in the AT&T Smart Home Manager app and try again.
Let me know how it goes.
