Product: HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The 5520 printer will not connect to a dlink covr1100 wifi mesh network, everything else does.

there is no MAC filtering with the router

I have factory reset the printer, several times, deleted everything from the Win10 system

I get an error "MAC address filtering may be enabled on your wireless router which can prevent your HP printer from connecting ro your wireless network during setup

The DLink support folk say there is not MAC filtering on the router.

The original network was a dlink router, but the new dlink mesh network , and it worked fine
