Hello, we have a HP9010e printer, that will not function at all is it states the printer is not connected to the internet. We have tries to re-connect wirelessly and via ethernet cable but the printer will not connect?

Decide if you want to use ethernet or Wi-Fi direct

 

Wi-Fi Direct can be used to avoid configuring the router. Watch this: 9010
Wi-Fi Direct is explained on page 139 of the User Manual, this Wi-Fi setup avoids configuring the router.

 

MacOS please read this article.

This list of HP printers can be used with MacOS 11 or under.

Download this software for those printers (your 9010 is there)
