Hello I have at least 4 case #s for the same ISSUE..... help...

I recent threw out my broken officejet6600 and purchased the HP Color LaserJet MFP M283fdw. The old printer gas my emialaddress set up to be able to send document to eprint. Since I've had the NEW printer I cannot link the email address to it since it's still attached to the officejet that is in the TRASH. It's been almost a month and I cant send anything to be printed.HELP ☹️

There are the numerous case #s but no one has reached out or anything. They told me 5-7 days turn around time and it's going on 1 month in 2 days
