I have a new Wi-Fi account and I’m having trouble adding my printer to the new Wi-Fi

I understand you are trying to connect your HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer to a new Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:
 

Option 1: Using HP Smart App

1. Download the HP Smart app: Ensure the HP Smart app is installed on your device (PC, smartphone, or tablet). You can get it from the HP Smart app website or your device's app store.
2. Reset the Wi-Fi settings on the printer:
   • Press and hold the Wireless button on the back of the printer for about 5 seconds until the Wireless light starts blinking. This puts the printer in setup mode.
3. Open HP Smart and follow these steps:
   • Open the app and click Add Printer. It should detect your printer in setup mode.
   • Select your printer from the list and follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to your new Wi-Fi network.

Option 2: Using the Wireless Setup Wizard (if applicable)

1. Turn on the printer.
2. On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless icon to access the Wireless menu.
3. Go to Setup > Network Setup > Wireless Settings > Wireless Setup Wizard.
4. Select your new Wi-Fi network from the list, and enter the new password if prompted.

Option 3: Using WPS (if your router supports it) 

1. Press the WPS button on your Wi-Fi router.
2. Within two minutes, press and hold the Wireless button on the back of the printer until the light starts blinking. The printer will attempt to connect automatically to your network.

After completing these steps, check if your printer is connected to the new Wi-Fi by printing a test page.
