Hi @Claire320,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To connect your HP Deskjet 3520 e-All-in-One Printer to a new 5G broadband network from Three Mobile, you'll need to follow these steps.

Prepare Your Network:

  • Ensure that your Three Mobile 5G broadband is set up and working correctly. You should have the SSID (network name) and password (network key) for your 5G network ready.

Turn on the Printer:

  • Make sure your printer is turned on and in a ready state. Ensure that it has enough power and paper.

Printer's Control Panel:

  • On the printer's control panel, press the "Wireless" button or the "Settings" button (depending on your printer model). This will initiate the wireless setup.

Select Network:

  • Use the control panel to navigate and find the "Wireless Setup Wizard" or "Network Setup." Select this option.

Choose Your Network:

  • The printer will scan for available wireless networks. When your Three Mobile 5G network appears, select it.

Enter Network Password:

  • You will be prompted to enter the network password (security key) for your 5G network. Use the control panel to enter the password.

Connect:

  • After entering the correct password, the printer will attempt to connect to your 5G network. Once connected, you should see a confirmation message on the control panel.

Test the Connection:

  • To ensure the connection is successful, print a network configuration page or perform a test print from your computer or mobile device connected to the same network as the printer.

Install Printer Drivers:

  • If you haven't already, make sure you have the correct printer drivers installed on your computer. You can download the latest drivers from the HP support website or use the installation CD that came with the printer.

Print a Test Page:

  • After installing the drivers, print a test page from your computer to confirm that the printer is working correctly on the new network.

If you encounter any issues during this process, make sure that the printer and your 5G broadband network are functioning properly. Also, double-check that you entered the correct network password.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
