@EmilyVeni, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding EBS00P0013 Error Code for Printer Connection!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If you're encountering the error code EBS00P0013 when trying to connect your printer to a new WiFi, here's a step-by-step guide to resolve the issue:
Update the HP Smart App:
Make sure your HP Smart app is updated to the latest version. Visit your app store and check for updates.
Check the Printer Connection:
- Ensure your printer's Wi-Fi light is solid and not blinking, which indicates it's connected to the network. If it's off, turn it on using the control panel.
Uninstall and Reinstall the HP Smart App:
- Uninstall the HP Smart app, restart your device, and then reinstall the app.
- Open the app, sign in if prompted, and follow on-screen instructions to add the printer and complete the setup.
Check WiFi Network Configuration:
- Ensure both the printer and the device you're using the HP Smart app on are connected to the same WiFi network.
- Disconnect any Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
