Product: Example: Officejet pro 9015e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a hp Officejet pro 9015e for work.  I was told I could use it without WiFi for I am not permitted to sync it to my work WiFi. I bought the usb cord and it’s not working.  I plugged the cord in and my laptop did not automatically recognize the printer.  Help

Hi,

HP Plus printers cannot be used without network access, either wireless or wired network connection is required for the printer to operate and it must have internet access on general.

If you been told otherwise on the store, I suggest to contact the store, you cannot work with an HP Plus printer with a USB cable connection without internet access.
