Help my hp DeskJet 3632 won’t let me access it! It won’t reset and the wireless access t has changed

I don’t know how but I think the wireless access password has changed so when I click on the printer in iOS wifi list, the passwords I’ve used don’t work. I’ve tried to reset it but failed, tried a few things that don’t work and I just want to wirelessly print from my iPhone to printer. Also for 5 months now it only prints in black and white yet carriages new and full and settings say colour. 😢

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password. 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
