Product: HP Envy 6555e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My new HP Envy 6555e all of a sudden shows an error: F0.01.01.02 a critical system error.  I can see that the Wireless light is not lit anymore.  I cannot get the printer screen to clear that message off.  I have restarted several times.  I have removed the software from my laptop.  I am not able to do anything with that error on screen of printer.
