printer 2630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, after resetting the router, I can no longer connect the printer in wifi (three days I try) I have already tried to uninstall all that was HP software, restarted the laptop and reinstalled all the drivers; win 10 tells me the printer is connected to the network (right now) but doesn't print anyway, and HP doctor doesn't fix the problem. Thanks to who will answer.

@emilio88, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print wirelessly from the computer. Let us try these steps:

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

  • Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
  • The blue light on the printer should be steady. If it is blinking or off, it is not connected.

Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win 10 PC

Click here to download and know more about the app.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

before reset router,  the printer was all right!

The printer has to be reconnected to the router after it was reset.

Refer to the steps on this document - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

Let me know how it goes.
