@Ain4, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP smart tank!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Since the HP Setup network isn’t showing on your iPhone, let's try these steps:
Reset the Printer’s Network Settings
- Turn on the printer.
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button (📶) and the Cancel (X) button together for about 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi light starts blinking.
- This will restore the Wi-Fi setup mode, and the HP Setup network should appear in your iPhone’s Wi-Fi settings.
Manually Enable HP Setup Mode
If the HP Setup network still doesn't appear:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it for 30 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
- Wait for about 2 minutes, then check your iPhone’s Wi-Fi settings again.
Connect Using the HP Smart App
- Download or open the HP Smart app on your iPhone.
- Tap Set Up a New Printer and follow the on-screen instructions.
- If prompted, select Wi-Fi Direct and manually enter the printer’s Wi-Fi password (usually printed on a label on the printer).
If you still face issues, let me know, and I’ll be happy to assist further. 😊
Take care, and have an amazing day!
