Please give detailed instructions how printer connects to routers SSID and installing and/or updating the software drivers. My goal is to not have to switch between 5Ghz and 2Ghz when using the e print from my devices. Need the 5Ghz band for zoom but when this change was made the e printer no longer see’s my wifi address.

Hi,
The printer supports 2.4GHz wireless only and cannot connect to a 5GHz wireless.
Please cotnact your internet service provider and enable 2.4GHz wireless as well with a unique SSID, then connect the printer to the 2.4GHz wireless network.
Else, connecting the printer with an Ethernet cable to the router could be an alternative.
