HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

All of my accounts were hacked.  I have been in the process of trying to recover all accounts as well as secure everything.  My printer settings were changed in this process and I can't get it set up again.  How can I clear everything and set up my printer like new as well as utilize any settings that might ensure no one can access my printer in the future.  This has been extremely frustrating as well as a long process and I'm hoping to get this resolved soon.  Any input or help will be greatly appreciated as this has created so many issues for me.

Hi @LM108,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

What makes you say that this printer got hacked?

Follow these steps:-

  1. Restoring the printer to factory defaults will remove all settings and functions previously set up on the printer.
  2. With the cartridge access door open, press and hold the Wi-Fi and Power buttons for at least three seconds.
