May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc. 

 

Meanwhile, I'd suggest you check the router settings to see if MAC filtering is enabled and add the printer to the list of allowed devices. If you are not aware of this, it is better to contact your ISP for remote assistance.
