How do I change the email that scanned documents come from on my printer

I am trying to scan documents from my printer to my email but the email that it says it is sending it from on the printer no longer exists. How do I change that email address?

The users manual will have that information.

There is a discussion here on setting up  g.mail account where an app password must be used

Note that printers normally cannot use the account password. A special "application" password is required as discussed here.
