Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP envy6400 not working at all. Have reinstalled hp smart and uninstalled printer using windows "add remove" etc to try and restart installation. 

SOme attempts seemed to work but then as soon as i started to print it suddenly said "HP not connected to internet" or someething similar. 

 

However, after lots of failed attempts, the wifi light now flashes and turns off and prints off instructions on how to install

I'd like to completely reset it so i can just start again

Futher info. now the blue wifi light flashes a few times before turning off (even with 3s and 5s resets off the wifi button ont eh back). THererfore i can't access it through the computer or discover the printer.....
