@Jan1996, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

To change the Wi-Fi information on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 printer, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the Wireless Setup Wizard

  1. Turn on your printer and make sure it is in a ready state.
  2. On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon to open the wireless settings.
  3. Select "Settings" from the Wireless menu.
  4. Touch "Wireless Setup Wizard". This will prompt the printer to search for the available wireless networks.

Step 2: Connect to a New Wireless Network

  1. From the list of detected wireless networks, select your network name (SSID).
  2. Enter the Wi-Fi password using the touchscreen keyboard and then touch "Done."
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Step 3: Verify Connection

  1. Once the printer connects to the new network, you may print a Wireless Network Test Report to verify that the printer is connected to the correct wireless network:
    • On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon.
    • Select Settings.
    • Touch Print Reports, and then select Wireless Network Test Report.

Additional Troubleshooting

If you encounter any problems during the process, follow these suggestions:

  • Check the wireless signal strength. If the signal is weak, move the printer closer to the wireless router.
  • Restart components of the wireless network. Turn off the router and the printer and then turn them back on in this order: router first, and then the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
