@Jan1996, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
To change the Wi-Fi information on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 printer, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Wireless Setup Wizard
- Turn on your printer and make sure it is in a ready state.
- On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon to open the wireless settings.
- Select "Settings" from the Wireless menu.
- Touch "Wireless Setup Wizard". This will prompt the printer to search for the available wireless networks.
Step 2: Connect to a New Wireless Network
- From the list of detected wireless networks, select your network name (SSID).
- Enter the Wi-Fi password using the touchscreen keyboard and then touch "Done."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Step 3: Verify Connection
- Once the printer connects to the new network, you may print a Wireless Network Test Report to verify that the printer is connected to the correct wireless network:
- On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon.
- Select Settings.
- Touch Print Reports, and then select Wireless Network Test Report.
Additional Troubleshooting
If you encounter any problems during the process, follow these suggestions:
- Check the wireless signal strength. If the signal is weak, move the printer closer to the wireless router.
- Restart components of the wireless network. Turn off the router and the printer and then turn them back on in this order: router first, and then the printer.
