Hi - I am trying to get support for a WIFI setup issue.

I found my way to "support" where I was encouraged to buy a one-time tech support visit for $19 - which I did.

I thought I would then be able to speak with someone - but now - then when I clicked on "support" I was taken to a page asking me to choose from several hundred extended warranty programs.   

From that menu I found my way back to "support" - and that link took me back to the page asking me to buy the $19 service visit again.  How can I contact "support"? 

I need support for a printer WIFI issue.  I don't need support for learning how to buy the same product more than once.
