Product: Envy 6020e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the printer Envy 6020e which I had working until I changed the router

All of the documentation says to reset to factory settings, but there is no where that explains where these are.  I have searched for advanced settings in the HP app, but can't find them.
