How does anyone get in touch with HP Support?

I'm trying to reach someone about my HP DeskJet 2852e All-in-One printer that won't connect to wifi or print, but there doesn't seem to be a number or email I can reach HP Support with? At least not one that I can find.

I've tried the HP Instagram and Twitter to slow responses and no progress on a replacement despite being within my warranty. Their website form is also broken.

It's just giving poor customer service at this point and I'm at a loss for what to do. Before I resort to the Better Business Bureau, any suggestions for getting in touch with them?

The setup video unfortunately doesn't work because the app can't find the printer at all, but thank you for the numbers! I'll try to contact them again this weekend.
