Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Please perform the below steps to connect your printer:
1: Using the Printer’s Touchscreen
Power on the Printer – Ensure the printer is turned on and ready.
Open Wireless Setup
On the printer’s touchscreen, tap the Wireless icon
Select Settings, then Wireless Setup Wizard.
Select Your Network
The printer will search for available networks.
Tap your Wi-Fi network name (SSID).
Enter the Wi-Fi Password
Use the on-screen keyboard to enter your Wi-Fi password.
Tap Done or OK.
Confirm Connection
The printer will attempt to connect.
If successful, you’ll see a Connected message.
Method 2: Using WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup)
(If your router supports WPS)
Press and hold the WPS button on your router for a few seconds.
On the printer, go to Wireless Settings > Wi-Fi Protected Setup.
Select Push Button, then press OK.
The printer will connect automatically.
Method 3: Using HP Smart (Windows/macOS)
Download & Install HP Smart
Download HP Smart
Open HP Smart and click Set up a new printer.
Follow on-screen instructions to connect the printer to Wi-Fi.
Check Connection
Print a Wireless Network Test Report:
Tap the Wireless icon > Print Reports > Wireless Test Report.
Ensure it says Connected.
