@WPR18,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Please perform the below steps to connect your printer:

 1: Using the Printer’s Touchscreen

Power on the Printer – Ensure the printer is turned on and ready.

Open Wireless Setup

On the printer’s touchscreen, tap the Wireless icon

Select Settings, then Wireless Setup Wizard.

Select Your Network

The printer will search for available networks.

Tap your Wi-Fi network name (SSID).

Enter the Wi-Fi Password

Use the on-screen keyboard to enter your Wi-Fi password.

Tap Done or OK.

Confirm Connection

The printer will attempt to connect.

If successful, you’ll see a Connected message.

Method 2: Using WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup)

(If your router supports WPS)

Press and hold the WPS button on your router for a few seconds.

On the printer, go to Wireless Settings > Wi-Fi Protected Setup.

Select Push Button, then press OK.

The printer will connect automatically.

Method 3: Using HP Smart (Windows/macOS)

Download & Install HP Smart

Download HP Smart

Open HP Smart and click Set up a new printer.

Follow on-screen instructions to connect the printer to Wi-Fi.

Check Connection

Print a Wireless Network Test Report:

Tap the Wireless icon > Print Reports > Wireless Test Report.

Ensure it says Connected.

I hope this helps.
