Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M182nw

How do I add a new Network Name SSID for HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M182nw?  I have tried everything, Scan Doctor, Hp Smart App nothing is finding the printer. Have powered down everything, reset everything and uninstalled and reinstalled Smart App. Also can't find this mysterious and elusive "Network Wizard" that is all over google and HP for this model. Help please.
