I recently moved and I'm trying to set my printer up, but I don't know how to change the Wi-Fi network to my new internet network. I have tried many "solutions" but none are working for me. I cannot find a product support phone number to save my life. Please advise.

To set up your HP DeskJet 3755 on a new Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:
Reconnect Printer to a New Wi-Fi Network Using HP Smart App
Ensure your Printer is On:
- Make sure your printer is powered on and all its connections are secure.
Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode:
- Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the printer until the Power light blinks.
- This restores the Wi-Fi setup mode, enabling you to connect your printer to a new network.
Download and Install HP Smart:
- Download the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device:
- HP Smart - Microsoft Store
- Available on the App Store or Google Play Store.
Open the HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart app on your device.
- Follow the prompts to set up your printer.
Add Printer in HP Smart:
- On the welcome screen of the HP Smart app, click Add Printer.
- If your printer is detected, select it from the list.
Set Up a New Printer and Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer to the new Wi-Fi network.
- You may need to input your new network name (SSID) and password.
Complete the Setup:
- Finish the setup process according to the prompts in the HP Smart app.
- After successful connection, your printer should be able to communicate with your new Wi-Fi network.
