Operating System: iOS

Trying to reconnect to WiFi. Restored factory defaults. WiFi test report says SSIDs don’t match.  How do configure printer to match router SSID?

I'd like to help!

 

Follow the below steps to reset the printer.

 

  1. On the product control panel, touch the Setup button.
  2. Scroll to and touch the Service menu
  3. Scroll to and touch the Restore Defaults button, and then touch the OK button. The product automatically restarts.
