I understand you want to know how to change the WI-FI on your Envy 6020e. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

could you please elaborate on the issue? 

 

When you say you want to change the WI-FI, May I know have changed the network (ISP)?

Do you see any lights blinking on the control panel of the printer?

Have you observed any error codes on the display? 

May I know the operating system Windows / Mac
