@Mikehjkl, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

Use the WPS method to connect the printer to your new network.

Refer to - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

 

Use the HP Smart app to print and scan. Download it from the Microsoft Store.

Starlink doen'st provide a WPS button. Telling someone to use HP smart is useless without proper direction. Provide detailed instructions.
