Hi @SZ332,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Gather Network Details:
- Network Name (SSID): This is the name of your Wi-Fi network.
- WEP key or WPA Passphrase: This is the network security password.
Use the Wireless Setup Wizard:
- From the Control Panel: a. Power on your printer. b. Open the Setup Menu by pressing the "Wireless" button on the printer’s display. c. Select Wireless Setup Wizard. d. The printer will search for available networks. Select your network from the list. e. Enter your WEP key or WPA Passphrase when prompted, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
Install the Printer Software:
- If the printer is not already installed on your computer, or if you have recently changed routers, you might need to reinstall the printer software. a. Download the latest printer software from the HP Support website. b. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer software on your computer.
I hope this helps.
