Step-by-Step Guide to Connect Your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw to Wi-Fi:

1. Prepare the Printer

• Make sure your printer is powered on.
• Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is active and you know the Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password.

2. Use the Printer's Control Panel to Connect to Wi-Fi

The HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw has a built-in control panel for connecting to Wi-Fi.

• Press the Wireless button on the printer’s control panel. The wireless light should blink, indicating that the printer is in wireless setup mode.
• On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button again (it might be labeled with a Wi-Fi symbol) to open the Wireless Menu.

Depending on your model, the exact method for connecting may vary. Follow the steps below:

Windows 10/11:

1. Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
2. Click Add a printer or scanner.
3. Windows should detect your printer automatically. Select your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw from the list and click Add Device.
