I have changed my network provider and need to change the password on the touchscreen on my Envy 5540. The problem is, the touchscreen shows letters in groups of 3 and numbers in groups of 2. How do I navigate through these to enter the correct letters and numbers??  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I see that you are facing issues with connecting your HP All-In-One Printer to your wi-fi network after changing the network provider.

 

Please follow the steps listed below connect it to the network.

 
1. From the printer control panel, touch (Wireless). 

2. Touch ( Settings ). 

3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard. 

4. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
