Product: HP Envy Photo 7858
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I aquired this printer from a friend and was able to get it connected wirelessly on my network and wish to enroll in the instant ink program but the network services screen gives me this error: "Web Services could not be set up at this time. The printer will try again later." I get this message when requesting what the printer email address is. I can print over wifi via my router with no issues. All other diagnostics look good except the following diagnostic: "printer connection to HP Connected - not connected". Is this an HP cloud communication issue?
