I have a new HP Officejet Pro 9015e. I am trying to install it by USB to a computer on the internet and also wifi to another computer that is not on the internet. I have talked to two different girls on the support line and have received very little help.
They told me that 1: I can not install on two different computers one by USB and the other by wifi. 2. that I can not install the printer on a computer that is not on the internet. I have had three separate Officejet printers connected this way. Please help. If I can not have both type connections I want the wifi connection not on the computer.

You can surely connect a printer to a non Internet computer through USB but you cannot connect a printer wirelessly to a computer which is not connect to the internet
For a printer to work wirelessly with another computer, then that computer needs to be connected to the internet else that computer wont detect the printer wirelessly since it doesn't have an active internet connection
If you do not have a wireless Network setup and still want to print wirelessly then you need to use the printer's WiFi-Direct feature which allows one device at a time to connect wirelessly to a printer without having an active internet connection
Thank you
