Normal solutions do not seem to work, so I explore ...
After suppressing the queue, I could create a new one, instead of creating it with its name, I gave the IP address 192.168.1.254, port 631
HP jetdirect
and then precise the model.
This has an advantage compared to the normal way, it is that the document appears in the queue. Unfortunately, it is still not printed.

I just had a look in the event viewer, it seems there is a problem of rights.
This was yesterday on Windows 10, so on the machine that I did not modify to apply this thread, to avoid any alteration on something that works.
I think I remember having a look at the beginning, and seeing nothing relevant. I have to recognize I am unable to say why messages appear now whereas they did not at the beginning. Updates perhaps.
A cumulative update applied to .Net 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 with KB5055063 will be installed at next startup, of Windows 10 22H2 [version 10.0.26100.3476].
After restarting the situation is unchanged, printing a test page on gestionbbox.lan:631 produces the same error.
The printing of the test page was required from the parameters application. This one is systematically executed with privilege escalation, is not it ?
The test page remains in the queue. Nevertheless after restarting Windows the queue is empty.
I confirm that nothing is printed.

Hello,
Back on Windows 11, while doing something else, I received a messagebox asking for a privilege escalation for Print And Scan Doctor.
I thought there was an important update, so I accepted.
I reinstalled the network print queue, and asked for a test page.
It was not printed, this said the last entry in the Application log in the event viewer says :
"Initialization Successful. Enabled=false, CloudPrintSolution=Unknown, DiscoveryEndpoint=, OAuthAuthority=, OAuthClientId=, DiscoveryResourceId=, PrintResourceId="
Oh, does it say "Enabled=false" ?
Then it seems normal that the test page is not printed, is not it?
***
New session of Print and Scan Doctor.
Same as usual, failure due to an unknown reason.
"In the Application log ... "The low level out of connection migration successed", Oh sorry, this is about Security-SPP.

Hey @Gloops1,
Thank you for your response.
I suggest you perform a printer default by following these steps:
Disconnect the printer power cord.
On the control panel, press and hold the Up and Cancel
buttons.
Without releasing the buttons, reconnect the power cord.
Release the buttons when an nv message displays on the control panel.
After about 20 seconds, your printer automatically restarts.
If the issue persists, I suggest you reach out to the nearest HP Authorised service center for personalized assistance. They can provide one-on-one help to fix the problem.
Note: There might be a nominal charge for the service they provide.
