I have established a new home network and I would like to connect my HP mfp m29w printer. I've seen several threads on how to reset HP mfp m29w printer but I have been unsuccessful in my attempts. Can anyone walk me through the process of performing a master reset?
Thanks in advance!

Thank you greenturtle. Unfortunately, none of these steps worked for me. I had to call HP technical support to have the issue resolved. The representative I spoke with was able to fix the issue remotely. Thank you for your help.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Here's how to reset the wireless for the printer:

Use HP Smart to setup and connect printer to the network after that.

greenturtle thanks for the response! I am trying to connect via the HP Smart app. When I try to reset the connection as shown in the video, my app cannot find the printer. I have also tried with a chrome OS device and cannot find the printer.

Hi @sgtrs2000
Was the Blue Wireless LED blinking after the reset?
Try this method of reset then use HP Smart app to connect printer to the new network:

Hope that helps!
