Hi @ssejsunny3523,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To reconnect your HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202W printer to a new Wi-Fi network, follow these steps.

Reset the Printer's Network Settings

  • On the printer's control panel, press and hold the Wireless button until the Attention light blinks.
  • This will reset the network settings, allowing the printer to search for a new Wi-Fi network.

Connect the Printer to Your New Wi-Fi Network

  • Press the Wireless button again on the printer's control panel.
  • The printer will begin searching for available networks.
  • Once your new Wi-Fi network appears, select it and enter the Wi-Fi password using the printer's control panel.

Use the HP Smart App to Set Up Wi-Fi (Optional)

  • If the control panel method doesn't work well, you can also use the HP Smart app:
    1. Download and install the HP Smart app on your phone or computer.
    2. Open the app and select Add Printer.
    3. Follow the prompts to connect your printer to the new Wi-Fi network.

Test the Connection

  • After connecting to the new Wi-Fi, try printing a test page or a document from your device to ensure the printer is working properly.

If you encounter any issues, ensure that your router is on a supported Wi-Fi frequency (2.4 GHz, as the printer may not support 5 GHz).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
