Hi @ssejsunny3523,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To reconnect your HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202W printer to a new Wi-Fi network, follow these steps.
Reset the Printer's Network Settings
- On the printer's control panel, press and hold the Wireless button until the Attention light blinks.
- This will reset the network settings, allowing the printer to search for a new Wi-Fi network.
Connect the Printer to Your New Wi-Fi Network
- Press the Wireless button again on the printer's control panel.
- The printer will begin searching for available networks.
- Once your new Wi-Fi network appears, select it and enter the Wi-Fi password using the printer's control panel.
Use the HP Smart App to Set Up Wi-Fi (Optional)
- If the control panel method doesn't work well, you can also use the HP Smart app:
- Download and install the HP Smart app on your phone or computer.
- Open the app and select Add Printer.
- Follow the prompts to connect your printer to the new Wi-Fi network.
Test the Connection
- After connecting to the new Wi-Fi, try printing a test page or a document from your device to ensure the printer is working properly.
If you encounter any issues, ensure that your router is on a supported Wi-Fi frequency (2.4 GHz, as the printer may not support 5 GHz).
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
