I have forgotten my user name and password to the EWS for my OfficeJet Pro 7740. How to reset the password?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have sent you a private message with the semi-full reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
