Product: HP Pagewide Pro 477dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

HP PageWide Pro 477dw laser jet printer has no wireless access.  Just switched from 2.4 MHz wifi frequency to 5.8 MHz and would like to know how to reconfigure the printer to the new speed.

You can't, the printer supports 2,4GHz wireless only. You can connect it to a network router with a ethernet cable.
