Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

this printer will not operate if the wifi is connected and I have an Ethernet connection. I want to turn off the wireless feature.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, touch (the Wireless button), and then touch ( Settings ). 2. Touch Wireless Settings. 3. Touch the toggle button next to Wireless to switch it on or off.
