Hi! I need help with trying to unlock a greyed out "Restore Network Settings" option on an HP OfficeJet 8022 printer. When I click on it it says "This feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer," but that person is me and I don't know why I would ever lock it. How do I get around this? Is there an option through the HP Smart App or anything I can do?
