Hp3700 wireless all in one printer cannot connect to internet. Tried numerous reconnecting procedures to no avail. Two things i can think of that may have had an impact. Main breaker in house malfunctioned, power was out,  fixed that, and I was still able to print. Second,  xfinity tech was here in an unrelated matter noticed I had 2 networks set up originally by another tech and changed it to one network, again was still able to print. Tried all the reset procedures multiple times to no avail.  Help. Last time I couldn't get another older hp printer to work I just bought a new one.  Not sure what else to try. Can't get a live person, I'm 66 years old and limited tech knowledge.

@Wmg396, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that you are not able to connect the printer to the wireless network.

To connect the printer to your wireless network, refer to - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

  • Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. This model printer only connects to a 2.4GHz network.
  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.

You may also refer to - HP printer setup (Wi-Fi network)

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
