Hi actually have two problems: 1) i have changed Wifi but cannot seem to change it on the printer and do not know how to reset it so to "start over" 2) when i try to configure the printer to another pc...it asks the pin which should be printed but when it does print, the writing comes out super tiny and not complete. the colors are full (they have been used for a while though)

I have looked everywhere for an answer but all the things that seem to suggested do not work. could anyone help?

Thanks

@Ree1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

To connect the printer to the wireless network, use the WPS method as shown in this document - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change

What PIN are you referring to? There is no PIN required to install the printer on a PC.

Kindly attach an image of the same in your next post to assist you better.

There is no printer driver available to work on Win XP. Once the printer is on the same network as the computer, install the printer using Windows built-in driver

Refer to this document to know how. Try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
